1. Scope
This Code applies to all suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and sub-contractors who provide goods or services to Zevolta Energy. By doing business with us, suppliers agree to comply with this Code.
2. Health and safety
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment
- Identify, evaluate, and control workplace hazards
- Provide appropriate personal protective equipment
- Train workers in safe operating procedures
3. Labor and human rights
- No forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary labor
- No child labor, minimum employment age aligned with ILO standards
- Pay at least the legal minimum wage, with overtime compensated lawfully
- Reasonable working hours in line with local law
- No discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
- Respect freedom of association where it is lawful
4. Environmental compliance
- Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations
- Minimize waste, emissions, and discharges into air, water, and soil
- Manage hazardous materials safely and lawfully
- Continuously improve environmental performance
5. Business integrity
- No bribery, corruption, kickbacks, or facilitation payments
- Disclose any conflicts of interest
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Respect Zevolta confidential information and intellectual property
6. Materials and traceability
Suppliers must source materials in line with applicable laws, including conflict-minerals regulation, and be prepared to provide traceability documentation on request.
7. Monitoring and audit
Zevolta may audit supplier compliance with this Code, directly or through nominated third parties. Suppliers will cooperate in good faith and remedy any findings within agreed timelines.
8. Reporting concerns
Any suspected violation of this Code should be reported to info@zevoltaenergy.com. We do not retaliate against people who report concerns in good faith.
