1. Coverage at a glance
- Residential systems (overall, workmanship): 1 year from date of installation
- Hybrid inverters: 2 years from date of installation
- Lithium batteries (LiFePO4): 5 years from date of installation
- Solar panels: 12-year product warranty, 25-year linear power-output warranty
- Workmanship (installations done by Zevolta): 1 year
The 1-year residential warranty covers the installation and overall system as a whole. Individual components keep their own longer component warranties above (for example, the inverter at 2 years and the lithium battery at 5 years).
2. What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with installation performed by trained installers and the product operated within its rated specifications.
3. What is not covered
- Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or modification
- Damage from lightning, flood, fire, or other acts of God
- Damage from improper installation by non-certified installers
- Damage from operating outside rated voltage, current, or temperature
- Damage from third-party hardware or software not approved by Zevolta
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Normal wear (e.g. degradation of battery capacity within rated cycles)
4. How to claim
Email support@zevoltaenergy.com (or message us on WhatsApp for sales) with your invoice or installation certificate, the product serial number, and a description of the issue. Our service team will diagnose, dispatch a technician if needed, and repair or replace per the terms above.
5. Repair, replacement, or refund
Zevolta may, at its option, repair the defective product, replace it with the same or equivalent product, or refund the purchase price less applicable depreciation.
6. Limitations
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, Zevolta disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
